Chinese government regulations from January 1, 2001 ban disposable plastic foam tableware production and sale and use of the following reasons:

1.Foam plastic tableware is difficult to run out of waste recycling;

2.Foaming agent, used in the production of some enterprises as butane (ie lighter gas), easy to fire, unsafe;

3.The product at high temperature (> 65 ℃) soluble harmful substances out of the use of unsafe, particularly the use of easily melted in a microwave oven;

4.A large volume of product, transportation, storage is not convenient;

5.Easy to break down, environmental pollution, harmful;

6.The emergence of alternative products (corn starch cutlery).
